Onfon Mobile is a technology company that provides device financing and loan Management platforms with credit scoring and business intelligence reporting.

The Accountants will be responsible of handling all financial matters in the company.

Role

  • Create, seek approval and manage monthly budgets to attain performance
  • Invoice Customers accurately and on time and manage receivables collections within company defined credit cycle.
  • Manage and make payments to suppliers as per company payment
  • Manage petty cash for efficient office
  • File all statutory returns with various state agencies as required by
  • Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual financial performance reports as defined in the company policy.
  • Work closely with Headquarter Finance Team for workflow
  • Prepare bank payment requests and documentation for authorization and follow through for subsequent payment reconciliation in coordination with Headquarter Finance Team.
  • Timely and accurate preparation of payroll for HR Review and HQ Finance bank approval for payment.
  • Timely end of day bookkeeping and capturing of the same in the company defined accounting system.
  • Manage inventory stocking and reorder level for business

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting (A masters is an added advantage)
  2. Must be a certified Public Accountant
  3. 2 years experience in Accounting
  4. Proficiency in Sage and Xero accountant software
  5. Demonstrate ability to manage budgeting, petty cash management, payroll processing, receivables and payables management, statutory compliance, timely preparation of financial
